What colour are my eyes?

My eyes change between blue and green. My license says that I have HAZEL eyes, but the definitions I've found online say that HAZEL eyes are GREEN AND BROWN, not green and blue. My friends have also backed this up. So my question is, are my eyes still hazel because they change hue, or are they blue-green or green-blue or something.....Stupid question, I know. But image search hazel eyes, and they're almost all green and brown.....
